Purpose includes defining and understanding the organization’s:

  • Mission – what you do

  • Vision – where you are headed

  • Values – who you are – behavioral standards are developed around the organization's purpose and are linked and reinforced throughout the process.


Column
People focuses on human resource development. Three main components addressed include:

  • Mind set – attitudes

  • Skill set – skill building to improve performance

  • Tool set – tools to aid in the application of a skill set

Performance focuses on outcomes measured against observable behavior standards defined in the Purpose phase. Tools are designed and utilized to measure:

Its specialties lie in Service Excellence, Quality Management, Coaching Performance, Leadership and Management Development, Communications, and Team Building. The organization holds a wealth of knowledge in organizational development and brings experience working with diverse audiences that span organizational levels and functions. GEORGE has worked with a variety business sectors including health care, real estate, technology, manufacturing, Fortune 500 corporations, financial, and non-profit.

As president and founder of GEORGE: Purpose, People, Performance, Ltd, Georgine Madden brings expertise in the field of organization development with focuses in strategic human resources and training and development.

Ms. Madden possesses the keen ability to understand her audience and enhance learning by relating concepts and ideas to the relevant organizational and personal experiences. Her enthusiasm and knowledge combine to create dynamic presentations that are thought provoking, fun, and practical. Ms. Madden holds a Bachelor of Science degree from St. Cloud State University in Communicative Disorders and a Certificate in Advanced Leadership Studies from the College of St. Catherine.
